Your new reading glasses don’t quite meet your expectations?
Perhaps the prescription doesn’t fit perfectly or you don’t like the design after all – no problem: you can return your reading glasses to us within 14 days without any problems.
How to ensure your return goes smoothly
Please note the following information so that we can process your return quickly:
1. article condition
- We only take back reading glasses if they are unused and in their original condition.
- A short fitting is of course permitted.
2. stickers & labels

All original stickers and labels must remain on the glasses.

As soon as stickers or labels have been removed or damaged, a return is unfortunately no longer possible.
3rd case
- If a case was supplied, please return it as well.
4th packaging

Pack the reading glasses carefully in the original protective bag.

This prevents damage during transportation and speeds up processing.
Processing fee
If the return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee of €5.

With our partner Returnless, you can easily register your return online.
Step-by-step instructions:

Verify your order
Open the returns portal and enter your order number and zip code . -
Select item
Select the reading glasses(s) you wish to return and enter the appropriate quantity. -
Specify the reason for return
Please select a reason for return, e.g. “prescription does not fit” or “design does not suit”. This will help us to improve our range. -
Please note the conditions
Please note that the glasses must be unused, in their original condition and with all labels/stickers attached.
Important: As soon as stickers or labels are removed or damaged, it is unfortunately no longer possible to return them. -
Select shipping option
Select the shipping method offered in the portal, e.g. a parcel label to print out or a QR code for the collection point.
Note: You are responsible for the return costs, provided there is no error on our part. -
Receive label or QR code
You will receive the return label (PDF) or the QR code directly in the portal and also by e-mail. -
Packing and handing in the goods
Carefully pack the glasses in the original protective bag, enclose the case if necessary and hand in the parcel at the selected collection point. -
Track your shipment & receive a refund
You can track your return shipment online. After receipt and verification, we will refund the purchase amount via the payment method you used.
Are there any costs for returns?
The return costs are borne by you as the buyer, provided there is no error on our part (e.g. wrong delivery or damaged goods).
In these cases, we will of course bear the costs for the return shipment.
Please contact our customer service in advance so that we can check the facts individually and clarify together whether a return shipment is necessary.
How long can items be returned?
You can return your reading glasses within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The period begins on the day on which you or a person designated by you received the order.
An article is defective
If your reading glasses arrive damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service immediately.
We will check the case individually and let you know whether a return is necessary or whether we can help you quickly by other means.
In these cases, we will of course cover the return costs or send you a replacement directly.
When will I get my money back?
As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will usually refund the purchase amount within a few working days (maximum 14 working days).
Refunds are always made via the original payment method used.
